Donny is an author, motivational speaker, trainer and founder of Ingram Management
Group. For the last twenty-eight years he has worked in sales & marketing as well as training and development
for both government and corporate America. Donny served over 21 years with the United States Air Force and finished
his career at Air University in Montgomery, Alabama. He is responsible for the development of “Recognizing Your
Potential” a corporate training program that focuses on human design, communication and attitude.
For the last 14 years Donny has trained and coached corporate personnel in the area of soft skills
such as sales, sales management, customer service and personal development. He is a certified continuing education
trainer for the Alabama State Board of HV/AC contractors. He also serves as a contract trainer for several educational
institutions.

success in senior leadership with major organizations, his experience as a small business owner, his skill in recruiting,
developing and managing people, and his knowledge gained from serving on a foreign military sales team to the Middle
East make him the perfect speaker for many audiences.

Donny has
been married to wife Charlotte for over 36 years and they have raised three successful sons. Together they developed
“Success in the Home” a marriage and family relationship training series. They have lived, worked and
studied abroad with many different cultures and nationalities. Donny is a member of the National Speakers Association
and has a goal of helping people recognize their true potential and maximize their efforts in order to live life to its fullest.
